Hiya, I’m Claire.

I’m training to be a Speech and Language Therapist in Sheffield but have worked in the food and drink industry in a variety of settings for 9 years.

I have very recently become interested in beer and coffee, and I just generally love most drinks and believe their crafts should be recognised to the same level as food.

~Dap is a Somerset word for “bounding along.”
